Return and refunds
At HELEN BIRCH, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be perfectly happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (size, colour, fitting), you may request an exchange or return of saleable merchandise within 14 days from receiving the order.
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Incomplete, worn or damaged returns will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. We will refund or exchange the item only after carrying out suitable quality checks. HELEN BIRCH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Type in the order number containing the item(s) you want to return and choose the reason for return.
Without this step we won’t be able to process your return.
Pack the items for the return. Please make sure to send unused product. Put the copy of a price check.
Please note are not authorized for complimentary return, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will receive an email as soon as we receive your parcel. If you do not hear from us within 14 days, please contact our customer services. Please keep the proof of shipment with the tracking number until you get your refund.
When your return is received, we do our best to refund you as soon as possible. The refund may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. We will issue the refund in the form of payment originally used for the purchase, unless you have explicitly requested something else in your refund request. Please note, we do not make refunds to third parties.
